I’m somebody who is terrified of the dentist with no reason, but boy let me tell you Dr Moses had the chair side manner that put me at ease almost as soon as he walked into the room, I needed an extraordinary root canal done but this doctor was patient and kind and really explained options/etc to me and I cannot thank him enough, it takes a lot to put me at ease in a dental chair but this man did it. So thankful for him and this practice, even the woman who greeted me at the front desk gave out a calming sense to those in the office- 10/10 would recommend

A few weeks ago I had Dr. Moses and Autumn perform an urgent root canal as I was experiencing severe pain. Before we started I explained feeling anxious and triggered by medical trauma from the past year after sudden heart surgery. Dr. Moses was so communicative, gentle, and caring as he worked on my tooth. He really seems to respect teeth and people in a deep way. Thank you so much Dr. Moses and Autumn for making an unpleasant experience actually healing for me. I wish I could go here for all my dental work.

Never got a chance to be seen as the person answering the phone at the Liverpool office was hung up on a supposedly cancelled appointment and a no show from SIX YEARS ago. Firstly, I honestly have little memory of such a situation years ago. Also, how can they have a no show AND a cancellation? I think it might have been a scheduling from my general dentist, however, I wasn’t given the opportunity to address this as the receptionist kept putting me on hold telling me she had to check with someone if they would even see me! She said this rather snarky as well. Really? She kept putting me on hold for several minutes stating the same thing multiple times - finally I got tired of being treated like dirt and hung up. I called another Endodontic office and setup an appointment with no hassle whatsoever. If they treat someone like dirt on the initial phone call I can only imagine what it’d be like in person.

Needed a more complex root canal due to trauma to a tooth causing the canal to calcify, and was extremely nervous coming in. Dr. Maloff and Autumn were amazing and walked me through everything to help put me at ease, it was my first time getting a root canal and everything went far easier than I was expecting it to be. I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Thank you again to the whole team at Modern Endodontics

I was not expecting such a positive experience with a root canal. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was amazing, kind and compassionate. My nerves were eased so much and I am truly surprised that the root canal went so well. I hope I do not need another any time soon but would definitely come back if needed.
